  • Performance, uptime, and features are controlled by the platform provider.

  • We do not guarantee tool accuracy, completeness of data, or specific business results.

  • Any misuse (spam, scraping violations, or illegal activity) may result in account termination.

You must comply with all applicable email, privacy, and data protection laws when using these tools.

4. Third-Party Platforms (Systeme.io & Sell-SaaS.com)

Some Elevatify systems, funnels, opt-in forms, and tools operate on external platforms.

6. Payments & Refunds
